Payment Options

OCMA Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

You may also arrange to pay over the phone or by mailing in a check. Please call 949-759-1122 ext. 242 during normal business hours to arrange alternate payment.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to California addresses will be charged 8% sales tax. Orders shipped to addresses outside California will not be charged sales tax.

Canceling an Order

If you place an order online, you can cancel within 24 hours by e-mailing store@ocma.net or by calling 949-759-1122 ext.242 during normal business hours.

Domestic Shipping

All items will ship via UPS Ground. If you would prefer expedited shipping please email store@ocma.net or call 949-759-1122 ext. 242 to for shipping options and costs.

International Orders

OCMA will ship internationally but is not responsible for any import duties. All international orders are shipped using USPS priority rate. If you have a question about an international order please contact the store at store@ocma.net. The shipping cost will vary depending on weight, size and destination. Please email store@ocma.net for an shipping estimate.

Delivery Times

All domestic orders are process and mailed within 3 business days. Please expect your order within 3-14 days.

International delivery times vary depending on destination country, but most orders will arrive within 1—3 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us, undamaged within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or 30 days for store credit. Please email us immediately if planning to return any item. Shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five business days of receipt. Notify us via e-mail immediately, and we will replace it.
